Payment is accepted through Stripe at the checkout or ApplePay.

Returns & exchanges
I allow returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be at the buyers cost and they must cover the postage costs. Exchanges are accepted and they must cover the fee to re-send the new product out with a new postage label. Refunds are given if the products are returned in sellable condition.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted but aren’t 100% guaranteed due to how busy the order queue is. I will always try my best to respond prior to despatching an order but I may not see the message if I am busy fulfilling orders.

Change of Address
I can’t always change the address once you have purchased. Please ensure that you have the correct address as the time of checkout.
