This card includes FREE 2nd Class Postage. Option to upgrade to 1st class at checkout. I will always despatch orders as soon as I can.
All international orders:
International Standard is 6-7 working days
International tracked & signed is 5-7 working days.
Card & Envelope will be wrapped in tissue paper and will be shipped in a board backed envelope.
Print will be on 350gsm Matt Card.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for checking their address is correct at the time of checkout. I cannot check your address is correct after purchase or alter an address after your order is confirmed. This is because all orders are automatically generated onto Royal Mail and your label printed and paid for at the time of your purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All products come with Free Gift Wrapping & the option to include a Gift Note
Custom and personalised orders
If you have not selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or International Tracked' then I am unable to track your order should it take longer to arrive than normal. 1st and 2nd Class Letters and Large Letters do not have tracking.
