Item was great and my parents loved it, I just really didn’t like that there was no help or info for tracking at all. I understand at checkout there’s an option to PURCHASE tracking but I did not notice that til i was told by the seller.. it’s also 2022..everything has tracking now. It would be less worrisome if tracking was already provided for you at no cost since we as customers are trusting in the company to complete our purchase
