Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for checking their address is correct at the time of checkout. I cannot check your address is correct after purchase or alter an address after your order is confirmed. This is because all orders are automatically generated onto Royal Mail and your label printed and paid for at the time of your purchase.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All products come with Free Gift Wrapping & the option to include a Gift Note
Delivery Method
If you have not selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or International Tracked' then I am unable to track your order should it take longer to arrive than normal. 1st and 2nd Class Letters and Large Letters do not have tracking.
Custom and personalised orders
All Personalised Items can't be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. As these are personalised items, they can't be used for anyone else therefore, can't be cancelled if they have already been printed.

This arrived a few days ago & the envelope had stuck to the card itself and ripped part of it, I contacted the seller who immediately sent another one out, it arrived today and is perfect, thank you so much for sorting this & appreciate it arriving before christmas, will deffo order again!

Lucy is amazing I wanted some custom cards making for Christmas for mine and my partners family from our little bump and she couldn’t have helped enough, and the cards went down a treat and made everyone cry 😂, great quality and would definitely order again from Lucy 😀.
